Welcome to our ManZSpeech website.  We own and manage this website. If you continue to browse and use this website please carefully read the terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy which governs ManZSpeech relationship with you in regard to this website. 

Conditions Of Use- By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. ONRI only grants use of this website, its products, and purchasing of membership to those who have accepted these terms and conditions. 

Privacy Policy- Before you continue using our website, we advise you to read our privacy policy at http://www.ManZSpeech.com/privacypolicy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices. We will never sell your information. 

Appointment Cancelation or ServiceTermination- Written notice must be sent to MANZSPEECH.COM, and received by us at least 30 days prior to automatic payment to cancel membership, if you have opted into automatic payments.  MANZSPEECH reserves the right to terminate your services or cancel an appointment by majority vote of the Board of Directors. Written notice will be sent to you if your membership is terminated by the Board of Directors. Service fees that have been paid will not be refunded. All future payments will be canceled or returned. 

Age restriction- You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website unless you have parental or custodial permission. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. MANZSPEECH assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation. 

Intellectual property- You agree that all materials on this website are the property of MANZSPEECH, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute ONRI’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. 

Applicable law- By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of Oregon will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between MANZSPEECH and you, or its business partners and associates. 

Disputes- Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated in Coos County, Oregon, USA and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.  We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel. Indemnification- You agree to indemnify MANZSPEECH and its affiliates and hold MANZSPEECH harmless against legal claims, demands, costs, causes of action, damages, and expenses that may arise from your use, misuse, or inability to correctly use our website. 

Third-Party Sites- MANZSPEECH may have a third-party process payment on our website.  You are solely responsible for reading the legal policies, rules, and terms and conditions of any third-party sites and services. Limitation On Liability- MANZSPEECH is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your use, misuse, or inability to use our website. 

Severability- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Agreement Changes- MANZSPEECH reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through a message on our site. This Agreement is an understanding between ONRI and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website. 

REFUND POLICY-

We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied or believe there has been an error in payment, please email our current Administrator at  MANZSPEECH @gmail.com immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
